SHIPPING POLICY

All products ship via USPS first class service within the continental United States. Orders over $100 ship free via USPS priority service. For orders less than $100 expedited shipping costs $8
If you want your order sent via UPS or Fedex please contact us for a quote.
All international orders are charged a flat shipping fee of $20. The customer is solely responsible for any custom or import duties that may be levied in their country.
Galanta Jewels does not ship to PO Boxes. Customers listing PO Boxes as their shipping address will be contacted by a representative to change this to an acceptable address.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to love the jewelry you buy from us. However if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the product within 2 weeks of your purchase for a full refund less shipping costs.

To initiate a refund request please email us at galantajewels[at]gmaildotcom with your order number and reason for return. Once approved we will issue an RMA number and send out instructions for the return.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Insuring your package when returning is recommended, as merchandise credit cannot be issued if package is lost or damaged.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once the merchandise is received in good condition with all tags intact.
